Role:  Exterior Maintenance Technician

• Location:  Harlesden, London - NW10 7NU
• Hourly Rate:  £12.50 - £15.25 per hour starting rate (Dependent on Experience)
• Additional Benefits:  Overtime Available (1.5x), 2x Paid Sick Days, Company Bonus Scheme, Monthly Driver Bonus
• Hours:  40 hrs a week - 06:00 - 14:30
• Home Based:  Exterior Techs Take Their Van Home

Who are Plant Plan?

We’re currently recruiting for Exterior Maintenance Technicians in the London area to look after plant displays on our customers sites.  If you’re looking for a role where you’re out and about every day, you enjoy working outside, and love meeting customers then this could be the perfect job for you!

Plant Plan are based in Harlesden, North London, close to the Wembley stadium.  We’ve been providing plant displays for 45 years and count some of the country’s biggest companies as our customers.   We take pride in our service levels, and work hard to encourage long-lasting, strong relationships with our customers.

Our Exterior Maintenance Technicians are the face of the company and spend their day out visiting our customers.  We provide staff with uniform, equipment, and full training.  So even if you’ve not done this role before, if you can communicate well, work hard, like plants, and are willing to learn this role could be for you.  The role is based from home and you visit the base on an occasional basis to restock and collect new plants etc.

We’re looking for:

• Drivers - it's a van-based role and you need to be a confident, competent driver
• Attitude – we’re looking for personable, friendly, hard-working staff who love plants
• Flexibility – the role does include some early starts
• Physical fitness – the role is hands on and includes lifting/moving items
