Urgent Operational Update – 23rd March 2020
Further to the Prime Ministers announcement this evening regarding stringent measures to help counteract the Covid-19 pandemic we have made some rapid changes to our plans for Tuesday 24th March.
Firstly, all maintenance calls and deliveries of new planting installations have been cancelled for tomorrow. Our priority is to keep our team safe and align with Government guidelines, and until we have clarified the situation we will not be visiting customers sites.
Secondly, due to the office team now working remotely there may be a delay experienced in response times. Our apologies for this, and be certain we’re doing all we can to give you the excellent customer experience we pride ourselves on.
