What we can do

Benefits of preserved planting.

To preserve plants, we substitute the sap with a glycerine solution and natural dye. It perfectly maintains the plant form and texture with no natural deterioration.

Life-like

Our preserved plants are designed to bring life into your workspace with minimal maintenance, whilst still capturing nature's details effortlessly.

Plastic free

Unlike replica planting, preserved planting has little impact on the environment as it's free from oil and chemicals. Perfect for companies looking to reduce plastic use.

Compostable

At the end of its lifespan, preserved plants made with glycerin and natural dyes can be composted. Unlike conventional preserved materials, they down safely in compost environments

Wide range

Preservation can be carried out on a wide range of plants, greatly broadening your design options and creativity. Also available in a range of colours to match your brand palette.

Lightweight

Displays made from preserved planting are much lighter than those made with living plants, weighing approximately 15kg/m2 - perfect when loading is an issue.

Hassle-free

We prefer live plants but they have challenges; preserved plants need no light, won't drop leaves, nor need pruning or re-potting. They'll just need the occasional dusting to keep them smart.

Complimenting live planting with preserved stems.

Whilst most of Osborne Clarke's scheme is living, with over 1000 live plants, there are some spaces where preserved plants add a pleasant difference in colour and texture, complimenting the live planting.

Authentically Mediterranean.

As a Mediterranean restaurant, it was important to Como Garden to incorporate native plants such as olive trees. As these don't thrive indoors, we recreated the tree using a real trunk and preserved foliage.
