Your plants are in safe hands with our team of superstar horticulturalists.

What we do

How we care for your plants.

Our maintenance technicians come from all walks of life, but each one is highly trained to our meticulous standards.

Watering

We use the latest planting techniques to reduce the watering frequency required. During hot weather, we increase our rounds, to make sure your plants thrive.

Pruning

We'll make sure your plants aren't unruly but trimming excess leaves and branches, keeping everything tidy. Our goal is to maintain the original shape and size of the plant.

Replacements

For your peace of mind, if a plant dies whilst covered by our maintenance contract, we'll ensure it's quickly replaced free of charge.

Positioning

We'll keep your plants moving to make sure their best side is always showing, and that all parts of the plant get a healthy amount of light.

Feeding

We'll feed the plants twice a year to keep them healthy. Adding nutrients back into the soil also means the plants are more effective at removing pollutants from the atmosphere.

Pest Control

Bugs and flies can ruin the fun of having plants. As well as careful screening on arrival, we have many methods to keep your plants pest-free.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your maintenance questions, answered.

Can't find your answer? Our friendly team are always on hand to help.

Get in touch with our dedicated Maintenance Team via email or phone and we will work with you proactively to get this plant attended to.

Your new plants have come from our nursery where conditions are different to your premises. They will therefore take a little while to acclimatise to the new environment and, during that time, may show signs of stress. This is temporary and most plants successfully transition into their new home. However, if you are concerned, let us know and we will make sure everything is OK.

No you don’t, you will have a regular maintenance technician dedicated to ensuring your plants are happy and healthy. Using their professional knowledge and experience, the maintenance technicians ensure the plants have the correct amount of water to keep them healthy between visits. Please don’t water the plants as, whilst this may be done with the best intentions, overwatering is more harmful for plants than underwatering.

This is intentional and we try to keep the top 5cm of soil as dry as possible, it prevents swamping which can lead to pests or rotting.

How often we visit you depends on the requirements of the site and the plants we have installed.  The proposed maintenance visit regularity is outlined in your contract but if you struggle to locate this or wish to change the interval between maintenance visits, please contact our Maintenance Team to discuss.

Generally we will send the same technician each visit. Normally the only exception to this would be in the event of annual leave or sickness.

Our highly trained and uniformed plantscape technicians undertake total responsibility for care of the planting including watering, feeding, pruning, top dressing, pest control and cleaning. In addition, we undertake to replace free of charge any dead, dying or overgrown plants to ensure the displays are kept in peak condition.
