Craig’s happiest sunk deep in a book. Or as he likes visiting gardens: in a book, in a garden, with his kids (he likes them, too).

Craftily, his favourite plants are alliums - both the flower and the food version (garlic fan).

Seeing the business developing and people achieving their goals is what makes the job worthwhile. Sounds PC but I think it’s true.

Before you can process the question, Bruce will have an answer. it's literally that fast. A bit like his mental maths - we're both impressed and a bit weirded out.

When Bruce isn't appointment-cramming in London, he's drinking wine and touring gardens. It seems to be a Dallow feature.

When we asked what she liked doing, Sherry took it very seriously. Yoga, gardening, crocheting, knitting, reading, cooking, baking, family -- basically, anything that’s not work.

Her favourite plant is a Horse Chestnut tree, so maybe she likes playing conkers, too.

Dick is a Plant Plan veteran.  He’s the OG along with his brother. He actually started growing plants for us over in Holland (legal plants).

These days, he’s happiest building relationships with suppliers, and strengthening them with family and friends.

Shockingly for someone who spends all day buying plants, he only has one at home. It’s a cactus.

Gerry has a penchant for Old World wines (he has an excellent nose). But when he’s not cooking and sampling wines, you’ll find him gardening—appropriately so, as his favourite plants are all found in country and kitchen gardens.

Client satisfaction from a job well done is what makes him tick.

Chris is a thinker. Everything is considered, measured, and thoroughly decent.

When he’s not making sure clients are well looked after, he’s off exploring the country with his family, whilst taking sneaky glances at the sports scores (he’s only human).

Loves a good Ficus. They’re great looking and available in almost any shape and size - sounds like his colleagues.

A friendly, helpful Liverpudlian, Rick is dedicated to the end and always ready to lend a hand. When he’s not racing around our factory, eyeing up any spare Strelitzia reginae plants for one of his nine siblings, he enjoys walking in the Lake District with his young family—and following Manchester United.

I write the bios, so having my own is a bullet I get to dodge. Kidding, I will do it - later.

Warwick is probably the most chilled IT man you’ll ever come across (maybe it’s because his colleagues are so lovely).

It could also be that he’s simply exhausted from running around after his 15-month-old son and doing DIY.

All that aside, he’s a systems genius, an Excel maverick, and an all-round tech wizard. We’re fans.
