Plant Plan Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

We’re thrilled you’re considering participating in our referral scheme! To make sure everything is clear and straightforward, we’ve outlined the key details and guidelines below. By taking part, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a fair and rewarding experience for all involved.

 Eligibility: The referral scheme is open to existing Plant Plan clients only.

Referral Process: To qualify, referrals must include an introduction email outlining why you’re recommending Plant Plan, and must copy in referrals@plantplan.co.uk. Bulk referrals without personalised introductions will not be eligible.

Referral Criteria: Referred companies must not be existing Plant Plan clients and should have a minimum of 50 staff or a planting budget of £60/week. Additionally, the referred company must be reasonably expected to be in the market for planting.

Rewards:

  • A £50 gift card or a charity donation will be issued for each valid referral.

  • If the referred company becomes a Plant Plan client, the referring company will be eligible for either a free week of flower displays or 10% off their next month’s plant bill. Note that a company can only enjoy one 10% bill reduction at a time.

  • Please note, at this time, floristry is only available in Central London.

Reward Issuance:

  • Gift cards/charity donations will be sent within 30 days of the referral being made.

  • Flower display or plant bill discounts will be applied upon the first full month of service with the new client.

Multiple Referrals: You may refer multiple companies, but each referral must be sent separately with an individual introduction email.

Scheme Duration: Plant Plan reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time without notice.

General: Plant Plan reserves the right to refuse referrals that do not meet the eligibility criteria or where the referred company does not meet the minimum staff requirement.
