For their first UK headquarters, it was important that the company practiced what it preaches by creating a healthy environment, and they sought to do this partly through planting.

Founded more than 100 years ago, Munich-based Hoffmann Group is a leading provider of quality tools, workstations, storage, and PPE as well as related consulting to improve the performance of its global customer base. In 2019, the company officially opened a new subsidiary in Birmingham, with a view to focusing more closely on the needs of the UK market.
The Brief
Scope of Project
Hoffmann UK’s new office was a bright, contemporary environment and they wanted to add some greenery while still retaining this clean, polished look. We began with a statement installation in the form of a custom moss wall with the Hoffmann logo mounted on it. We then supplied a wide array of potted plants ranging from medium-sized trees and exotic ferns through to bowls of small succulents to accentuate work surfaces and shelving. The client opted for large pots in a natural putty shade, but the small accent pots were precisely matched to their brand orange shade for consistency, which was highly effective in making sure the look stayed clean and corporate without being clinical.
