Urgent Operational Update – 26th March 2020
Following on from our decision on the 23rd March to cancel Maintenance and Installations work on the 24th March we have now cancelled this for the next three weeks. We took the decision that the needs of the thousands of plants we have out in our customers offices were very much secondary to the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, and that it would be inappropriate to continue travelling around the country.
We will be reviewing our response to the Covid-19 pandemic on a regular basis and will communicate updates as and when necessary.
Again, due to the office team now working remotely there may be a delay experienced in response times. Our apologies for this, and be certain we’re doing all we can to give you the excellent customer experience we pride ourselves on.
